Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins

We stopped for one night on our road trip. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We wanted to watch football but we couldn't find the correct channel and the man at front desk was very nice trying to help us. We will stop here again.

Nice hotel. Just as described.

Room was clean, however when I was packing to leave I saw a roach. Honestly only one I saw during my stay. Really enjoyed the pool however there was rarely any towels and when we asked for some my other half was met with a little attitude. Overall I have found Hiltons are usually pretty nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. Restaurant was delicious and Jordan is a wonderful cook!

I saw a roach in the bathroom the first night however everything else was fantastic. The staff great Peggy and Grace were the best.

The accommodations were fine, spacious room clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast however was very poor. The breakfast lady seemed more interested in looking at her phone than assisting with breakfast arrangements. Had to ask, on two separate occasions, for milk and again for cutlery. Worst of all however there was mould on a bagel which they apologised for but which should not have happened. The bagels we did have whilst not mouldy were certainly not fresh. Other items in breakfast dishes not replenished. Very very poor show.

The hotel was located close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Hotel room smelled musty and cleaning people left their dirty rag in our room. The pool and hot tub room were unbearable to breathe with the over abundance of chlorine which we would have thought the spa and pool would be clean but very old and dirty. When checking out we and other guests told staff the coffee was empty and the staff members that were doing breakfast replied to my husband “you’re interrupting a very important conversation.” Needless to say we do NOT recommend this hotel.

Reception staff friendly & helpful. Room clean and comfortable. The problem was with breakfast. We prepaid the premium price for breakfast. We arrived about 7:30 a.m. We weren't greeted. Never asked if we wanted coffee or juice. Were handed a plastic utensil package each. The hot buffet was tepid. The cold buffet had no fruit in the bowl & not replenished the entire time we were sitting. The muffins & bagels were not fresh. We have had wonderful experiences in many HIs. This was disappointing and when I mentioned it to the staff as we checked out I was met with complete disinterest! Very disappointing!! Several days later we did received an email from the owner indicating they would look into the situation. We never heard another word. Extremely disappointing once again.

STAY WAS EXCELLENT, COFFEE MAKER DIDN'T WORK, OTHER THAN THAT, I STILL WOULD HAVE STAYED. THANKS.
