Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins

I highly recommend this Hilton property. Their staff is incredible, and the hotel is clean and peaceful. Perfect location. Also, the made-to-order breakfast every morning was delicious and was so convenient. Loved everything about this hotel, including having a restaurant on the premises. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful! Love the onsite restaurant, we brought our food to the room and then a nice dip in the hot tub! We were traveling home with our little dog after helping a family member relocate to Florida. Nice amenities after many days on the road!

If you're looking for hotels to stay at in Warner Robins, Georgia, look no further than the Hilton Garden Inn. It is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel in the future!

Nice shopping area

Started off poorly when I approached the front desk for check in and the clerk said “ Did you make your reservation today?” There was no hello, no welcome, no smiles….I said excuse me, are you asking me about my reservation? Indeed she was and IF I had booked today she was sending me next door to another Hilton hotel because HER SYSTEM had been down all day. Fortunately ( or not) I had made the reservation several days before…so I could be checked in. No acknowledgement, personal greeting, etc. and I am a Diamond HH member…so I thought her rudeness was peculiar. Oh well. Next clerk insisted I give her my credit card and id, which is “on file” but due to her system being down, could not see. She walks away from the desk, out of sight, with my credit card for a good 5 minutes and then returns with a photocopy of my credit card just tossed into a pile of other photo copies and papers. Ooooh by now I am super annoyed at the lack of regard for the privacy of my credit card. This should never happen at any establishment and it makes me suspicious of illegal activity. I finally get keys and ask this clerk about my HH welcome waters or something….the response was there is water in your room. After getting to the room I discover no internet ( I guess it was part of the system problem). I called Miss Congeniality at the front desk who tells me she guesses she will “HAVE TO”provide me with the special promo code. Again I was treated like she was doing me a big favor to stay at the Warner Robins Hilton Garden Inn. At check out, a different clerk never asked how my stay was and looked mad at the world. I asked for a paper copy of receipt at which point I pointed out I had not received my HH food credit. She snatches the receipt out of my hand and proceeds to “fixit”. No apologies, nothing! I checked this because on a previous stay at this same hotel I had to REQUEST my Hilton Honors food credit. This is probably my LAST STAY at Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins. BTW, cooked breakfast and server were very nice.

I had a pretty decent stay at this property. The room was clean and I had no issues. However , I was taken a back on how outdated everything in the room was for it to be a Hilton hotel.

Quest should of had a comentarly breakfast

From start to finish, our stay was excellent. The young lady was very busy but looked up, greeted us, got the room we needed quickly and offered if there was anything else we would like. Breakfast was just right - wonderful bacon! The friendliness of the staff and helpful attitude as better than most hotels including the high end hotels. We travel a great deal and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for training your staff to speak, smile, and serve. Everyone looked like they loved their job!

room and cable

Was there Wednesday to Sunday. Requested room clean on Friday noone came. Informed desk and they requested for sat. What was point when I'm leaving sunday. No Ice machines working on all floors til Sat and there was no a/c in hallways of all floors the entire time. Def not Hilton standards and I'm a Honors member. very disappointing. Paid 1k for the time there def not worth it.
