What I didn't like is the breakfast. There wasn't enough for everyone, it was unorganized, scattered around, seating didn’t make sense, and it was just chaotic. I was able to grab a bagel and cup of milk and that was it. However, the room was fantastic and I would stay here again simply because of the room size and bed comfort.

One of the cleanest hotels I've been to. Staff was friendly and the room was very nice. Lots of convenient parking and close to the highway. Shower was massive! Only potential downside is that some breakfast items were not fresh. (Some were delicious). Recommended!

The TV did not work well. It had several channels that were frozen and no channel guide. It would be nice to be able to log in to my own netfllx or prime account if one not available

Check-in was quick and friendly. I checked in after 8 PM. I liked the room It seemed clean at first glance, everything was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious, and I loved the layout. The snack bar had Gatorade and Red Bull type drinks and a soda or two for drinks. No water, no juice ??? Nothing that anyone would really want to eat. I did not have a good night sleep because the walls are paper thin. I could hear Voices all night, long as well as everything that was happening in the hallway, very loud, slamming doors, etc. Front desk was nice enough to accommodate me with a late check out however it seemed that information was not relayed to housekeeping because they came banging on my door first thing in the morning which defeated the purpose of me asking for a late check out to get additional rest. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the housekeeper because she spoke no English at all. Thank goodness for my Duolingo lessons we made it work. The biggest issue that I had with this hotel was that while I was getting dressed in the morning to check out, I was looking for a missing sock, I pulled the sheets off of the bed completely and came across two big spots of blood about 2 cm wide by 1 cm, so they were very visible, at the base of the fitted spread. So in and around where my feet would have been tucked in. This disgusted me. I did not report it because I did not want my partner to know. They would have been terribly upset if I had not pulled the sheets completely off of the bed. I would never have seen these spots given their location at the foot of the bed housekeeping generally tucks the sheet in. I really don’t understand how and why housekeeping would put these sheets back on the bed these spots well… Any woman would understand what they were. This led me to believe that perhaps they did not replace the sheets after the last person, they just spread the bed, which is a common practice with Lazy Hotel staff. This is by far the worst thing that I have experienced at a hotel in this price range.

Staff was not friendly at all. No one said hello not even the front desk person. A manager was doing an interview and she had to go get the front desk girl(the girl didn’t say hello or tell us anything about the hotel) Breakfast was complete chaos! No food(literally no food), food was all over the floors and the garbage cans overflowing. Hallways had garbage from the breakfast crew(that took over on two of our 4 mornings). These crews stayed for hours and ate it all. We literally had to leave and come back an hour later and it was still a complete shit show. No coffee no cups and complete disgust everywhere. I would suggest if there are huge groups like that and the conference rooms are empty(which they were) that you ask them to go to one of the rooms and eat their breakfast. It was just so overwhelming, could not move and food/garbage everywhere.

Clean and spacious room. A little disappointed that we didn’t receive the room we booked for our party.
