The breakfast was terrible - no sausage only plenty of bread fake scrambled eggs and some donuts holes and the personal did not speak one word english

"High quality, affordable hotel exceeded expectations"

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious and very clean. The TV worked well for my son and WiFi was good also. Sofa bed was so good that my 10 year old asked if we could live there, ha! I will seek out this hotel when we travel to Grand Rapids again, and we do so annually.

"No Hot Water and Damp Feeling Room"

As soon as we stepped in the room it just felt damp and sticky. Running the AC didn't help. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We both took showers the night we arrived and the next morning and it never warmed up.
