No bar service, restaurant was smelly and the buffet food was Luke warm, children were sitting on tables and getting food out of the buffet with their hands

Beautiful place and relaxed atmosphere

Lifegaurd at pool should be vigilant all the time.. especially when there are kids

The property charged me twice, said that they would contact Booking.com to refund me… however it has never been resolved. This is unacceptable

We’d a memorable stay at lakesong .Its a beautiful property with asthetic look. Hospitality is quite commendable , front desk staff , restaurant staff , bell boy Giridhari , Dipin ji and security staff all were courteous . A must place to stay with your family.

Lake song Resort has it all as a perfect serene package from the beautiful backwaters of Kerala touching its lawns to the inbuilt canals to the Ayurveda Centre with amazing Therapy massages and more. The Staff were very very courteous & helpful and go that extra mile for any thing you request them to make your stay memorable. Duty Manager Bipin went that extra mile to see that all was comfortable and the Check in and Check out was very warm and Cordial. The Room Service & Housekeeping stepped in with a smile whenever required The Buffet Breakfast was an excellent spread and the Lunch & Dinner was worth dying for . Enjoyed the rowing activity in the canals and the complimentary boat ride which was one of the highlights . Highly recommended for all........
