Ottimo hotel in termini di design, spaziosità ed estetica. Posizione non centrale ma vicina all’aeroporto. Il personale in reception non è stato in grado di confermare la prenotazione tenendoci bloccati per 15 minuti dopo 4 ore di guida. Abbiamo rinunciato ad una notte senza ottenere il minimo rimborso. Upsetting.

Comfortable and clean accommodations, on site restaurant was delicious.

Breakfast NOT included in my stay despite being assured it was. I was not told until checkout that I would not be reimbursed for breakfast which seemed like a bait and switch.

"Disappointing stay - not a good value for what you get."

The building is very interesting. Like the boutique feel.

Excessive extra charges. Parking $10 a night on top of high room rates for an open lot across the street. Dog fees were increased a lot.
