Room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy.

Wifi a bit slow.

I liked that it was close to providence and a good alternative the high priced providence hotels.

I thought it was surprising that we were charged a fee to self park in an open lot across the street. Most neighborhood hotels do not have a parking fee. Room a bit small, extra cost to be on the side of the river (should be random).

The history and industrial feel of the hotel.

Nothing. It is a beautiful hotel.

A modern boutique hotel that stands out from the crowd.

It was immaculate, beautiful decorations, and the staff was inviting immediately and very helpful

I really don’t think there’s something I can think of that. I didn’t like the whole experience was enjoyable.

I love the old mill feel. Beds were super comfortable!

Nowhere did it say the I had to pay for parking. That upset me a bit because I have stayed here before and parking was always included.
