Clean, modern, recently updated

Booked a handicapped accessible room. Checked in late - 8pm or so. I confirmed if the room was handicapped accessible - I arrived in my wheelchair. The woman at the desk said she didn’t know. I would have to see for myself if it was and if not, come back the next morning to change rooms. It wasn’t. Luckily I could navigate the room enough but there didn’t seem any interest or even ability to get me into the correct room I booked when I arrived.

"I like the room and bed but the front staff was terrible."

It’s was clean, bed was very comfy and I like the restaurant.

The girl that checked me in was very rude. She didn’t want to give me a receipt for my stay because I booked thru a third party. She didn’t offer me a welcome drink or ask how my stay was.
