Beautifully decorated, excellent location. Hotel was quiet and check in/out process was easy.

Bathroom has a bizarre set up. There is no barrier between bathroom and rest of room.

We woke up late and missed breakfast. There was only one chair in the room because sitting on the bed doesn't give us enough back support. We asked for a chair, even a folding chair would have worked, and they said NO. I have worked in customer service, and I know there is a way to do absolutely nothing and make it seem like you tried or cared. Maybe they could have said l'll see what I can do. I'll leave a message in your room, call us later, and say I'm sorry I couldn't find anything. There are countless ways to let someone down and try to help. In the end, we went to Walmart and purchased a folding camping chair. It rained that weekend, and we just wanted to spend a little more time in our room, comfortably.

We stayed in the king suite, and it was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the big dining/work table and had a great view of the patio and river. Nice lobby. Great communication via text with staff.

The room is not inexpensive, so it seems misguided to charge an additional parking fee--especially when the parking lot is across the street. The lot was also full on a Friday night, and we had to circle a bit. We also got a little static from the front desk about having booked through a third-party (when we requested additional bedding for the sofa bed, which was not made up for us).

the hotel hosted 5 wedding parties the weekend we there, Lilli made everything run smoothly. her cheery disposition and calm resolve to make everything happen was a joy to behold. room was comfortable and shower excellent

would have like for the bar to have stayed open later.

Attractive, stylish facility and location. Good restaurant--great coffee. Excellent service and cleanliness.

Room needs more light. Bathroom and room could use more convenient shelving or racks. Parking is across the street and costs $10!
