It is a nice hotel.

The restaurant experience was terrible. Understaffed and rude. The floor we were on had too much maid service going on at 4 in the afternoon. Expect that more in the morning. Place generally needs more staff.

Exceptional handicap accessible room, very comfortable bed, food and service at The Brook restaurant was outstanding.

I liked the contact less accessibility to the property. It was nice to be able to check in and out without having to stop at the front desk.

The bathroom shower seemed dirty and I was pretty upset that there was no mini fridge in the room. We went to dinner and had to leave left overs in the car and I had to fill the ice bucket up in order to get my protein shake cold.

Decent rooms and it was close to my work

It was very hard to get someone at the front desk to help you. They are very understaffed.
