Had a wonderful 3-night stay this last weekend! Had some trouble with our room and needed other accommodations. Bree was the on-duty receptionist late on our first night that we contacted about our issue. She thoroughly attended to us and created an equitable alternative where almost none seemed available. She was very patient and professional with us to hear out our issue and desired alternative. We are completely satisfied with our stay and service paramountly due to Bree’s professionalism, creativity, and care. We look forward to our future stays at the Hilton Garden Inn. Thank you Bree!
