Homewood Suites Fort Wayne

The staff was outstanding— friendly and exceptionally helpful when our room didn’t match our needs. They were eager to help make adjustments and never made us feel like we were imposing.

Food was horrible, coffee was weak like tea, paper plates were the cheapest you can buy. Scrambled eggs was the only hot food and they were dry and gross, no fruit and warm juice. For the 5 night stay we ate breakfast out everyday because the first morning there were no plates or silverware and no one around to help. Don’t stay thinking you’re getting breakfast. They clean every other day which was fine but you had to ask for towels daily. Definitely not going back.

We had trouble with the room key, got replacements, didn’t work, they tried to fix it, work once, next time we went out for breakfast couldn’t get back in. There was 1 glass in the cupboard, no towels or sponges for the kitchen, just poorly supplies, furniture with bumps and gouges, curtain with a hole.

The breakfast Team was awesome. Nicole cooked up some tremendous omelettes and Natasha was a very gracious host during the breakfast hours. They learned my habits which is very nice when you’re away from home for long periods of time. Thank you!

I booked and paid for my stay I arrived to check in got told they were sold out. So I was not able to stay.

Bad communication

Expedia charged me and the hotel charged me. The sales manager of the hotel proceeded to tell me expedia prices and rooms are not guaranteed

Great place!

Kitchen faucet was broken, dishes were dirty in the room. Ladies at the front desk were wonderful.

Everything! Nice, clean, comfortable suite.
