The hotel room was not as clean as I’d like but the over all hotel was nice. I was told there was breakfast in the morning but not told that it was 14$ so when I showed up and was told it was not included I felt like that should’ve been added to the conversation at check in. In the same breathe, the breakfast was great and the service was also good. Annette R was our service, she was very kind and helpful. Nicole A was the cook, she made the best over easies I’ve ever had. All the food was pretty good. Thanks everyone

I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel for a business trip. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen accident, I had to leave on the second day. I attempted to check out early the following morning but was unable to reach the hotel directly. I contacted the Hilton Honors Diamond Desk for assistance, and they managed to connect me with the front desk. However, because I called at 10:30 AM Central time, which was 11:30 AM Eastern time, I was informed that I missed the cut-off by just 30 minutes and would be charged for an additional night. I explained that I had been trying to reach the hotel earlier but couldn’t get through because they weren’t answering their phones. Despite this, the front desk staff member told me there was nothing she could do and that the General Manager would call me back. I also opened a case with Hilton Honors to document the situation. However, I have yet to receive a call from the manager, and my attempts to reach the hotel since then have been unsuccessful. I even tried responding to their welcome text, but there was no reply. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and the service has been terrible. Additionally, the room I stayed in had mold in the bathroom shower and a dirty bathtub with stains that couldn’t be removed. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great except the breakfast. Eggs and sausage were not edible.

We waited 40 min for someone to show up to check us in. A customer called hotel next door to say no one was there. They sent someone over. Very disturbing to us after traveling all day. Toilet was so low it looked like for todlers. No monitoring of breakfast area. Ran out of food and mot replenished

I come to this place a few times a year. Every time i come there is something wrong. This time, my room had no phone at all. The front desk stated that there should be a phone next to the bed. There was nothing. I had to call from my own personal phone to contact front desk because we werent given any blankets or sheets for the pull out bed. However they dropped me off the blankets and everything we needed after my call. So i appreciate the attentiveness. Thank you for having us
