Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen

My recent stay at the Futian Shangri-La in Shenzhen was yet another reminder of why I keep returning to this exquisite establishment. His commitment to accommodating my needs was both apparent and greatly appreciated. The room I stayed in was more than just comfortable, it was a true haven I am eager to revisit. The luxury that the Shangri-La brand is known for was reflected in every aspect of the accommodations, ensuring a memorable and delightful stay. Even with a busy weekend, the level of service and the quality of the accommodations remained uncompromised. Every staff at Futian Shangri-La Hotel were fantastic and attentive! From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional. Housekeeping did an amazing job; the room felt spotless every day and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great too with a wide variety.

My wife and I have stayed at the Shangri-La in Futian a couple of weekends recently, and we absolutely love it! We’re based in Hong Kong, so it’s such an easy escape — the train ride is super quick, and before you know it, you’re in a totally different vibe. The Futian area is lively, clean, and really pleasant to walk around. The service here is just fantastic. A few of the managers (Edward & Lulu) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — always friendly, always looking out for us. Even though the hotel was really busy, we got access to the Horizon Lounge, which turned out to be the perfect quiet spot to relax when things got hectic. The gym is excellent — modern equipment, plenty of classes, and always buzzing with energy. The pool is gorgeous too, perfect for a swim or just lounging around. And fun surprise — we even bumped into some friends during one of our stays! If you live in Hong Kong and want an easy yet luxurious weekend getaway, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough, and we’ll definitely be back!

The Front Office Mgr Edward is very nice and he helped me all the issues when staying at Shang.

All the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and polite. I was in the elevator greeted by some staff of the hotel. They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel.

Extremely poor services! Staff were not attentive and rude! Room was dirty even on 24/F, too many hair on the floor, not comply with the SOPs. Check-in staff even can’t able to find my booking!
