I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for my wife’s birthday in-room decorations and the small cake organised by the Shangri-La team. It was a truly memorable and thoughtful gesture. The front desk staff, Danny, was professional and offered us refreshing soft drinks in the lobby lounge before early check-in. The hardware and software were top-notch, and we had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying our leisure weekends at Shangri-La!

beautiful hotel conveniently located besides Shenzhen Futian High Speed Rail station for easy access to Hong Kong (West Kowloon HSR station. HSR train journey is only 20mins). Also less Coco Park Mall with lots of great restaurants and shopping is only 7mins walk away. Shopping Park Subway station is also very nearby. Cant find a better location
