Staying at this hotel is pure pleasure. Noteworthy are the great service, excellent food, huge swimming pool and spa area, as well as exceptional views of the light show for which this city is famous. I must admit that the last of the mentioned will stick in my head for many years and I will be happy to think back to this moment. We spent an exceptional 3 days there, for which I would like to thank all the staff, especially Jack

"Solid choice for Futian, would stay again"

Solid hotel, central location. Warm welcome at check in. Many thanks to Mike at the front desk and Jack from the concierge for taking such great care of us. I would not pay for the breakfast buffet. It was decent but we went to the Four Seasons next door and enjoyed that much more for similar price point. The room and views were amazing. Airport transfer was a bit expensive. Would stay here again.
