Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen

Very good location and staff are very helpful and professional. We enjoyed the swimming pool and other facilities too. We are looking forward to visit again

Nice hotel overall. But the staff is not the most helpful staff you will meet, especially if you speak English. You can also hear noise from upstairs if you have a loud neighbor. It is located near shopping area, so it’s nice to walk around it.

Such a great place to stay in Shenzhen, super close to the mall and the view of the city is absolutely stunning. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful too! So happy with this choice, can’t wait to stay again!

Great hotel

Lovely hotel with quality settings. The gym and spa facilities were great as well. Walking distance to the shopping mall with lots of food options.

The baby crib wasn’t in a very good condition but they did upgrade us to a bigger room, so can’t complain:)

Good hotel. Good service. Breakfast was a bit boring, nothing special or fascinating. Room TV can do screen casting and provide a charging port for USB charging at the bedside which is something basic in the current high-tech world but I rarely see it in old hotels so I am pleased that Shangri-La thought of this. There's a Starbuck just across the hotel too.
