Very clean rooms and a great breakfast
The house was very charming and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good from the little cakes they served in the evening to the breakfast in the morning. Everything was delicious.
Owners where very friendly and were accommodating as we had needed to make a last minute change. Loved this quaint B & B and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, picturesque place to stay just a short walk from Lake Michigan.
The staff were amazing and very professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and different. Loved are stay here.

Waters View had much more character than a motel-modern comforts in a place that maintains the charm of its history. Our family of 4 stayed in the two bedroom Listiak for two nights. The accommodations were reasonably priced and spotless. The Inn was relaxing and peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and the coffee and morning treats were delicious. We enjoyed our walks over the drawbridge to see South Beach and grab a bite for dinner, but LOVED that Waters View is an extremely convenient short distance from North Beach. It was a great stay!
