Great historic building and staff that really appreciates that as much as I do. They take the breakfast part of B& B very serious, and even packed me a special fruit cup that suited my active start to the day.
The Last Resort Inn was fantastic. There are views. The rooms are vintage. The service is first rate. The sweet potatao hash they served for breakfast in my room (included, it's a Bed and Breakfast) was DELICIOUS!
Tons of character and loved the walkability of the area. Rooms itself are just super old.
It’s from the 1800’s the building is rich in history! The young lady at check in was super helpful and friendly! 10 outta 10 would stay again or recommend!!

Lovely location/ambience. Very unique and nice place to relax and enjoy. Within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do.
We realize the historic value of the Inn and the fact that it recently changed hands, but we do not recommend at all. Terrible waste of money. Other people had good reviews on the desk ledger but we do not get it. It was smelly and needed so many repairs and updates - it’s unbelievable that county/city ordinances let you have people stay much less charge them for it. Staff was nice enough but we left as soon as we got a few hours rest because we were so disappointed. We could really go on and on….

Last Resort was a very relaxing, comfortable, full of services stay. Front desk was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our rooms (family had 4) were neat, clean and comfortably modernized but keeping the old world charm. We were blown away with being waited on for breakfast. So as to not waste food we asked for just the eggs and the servers and cooks made them scrambled for the preschoolers. It felt like a real vacation to be waited upon for breakfast. We have been going to the Last Resort for over 25 years and the new owners have definitely made this our first resort!!! As I have felt for years the hallway, stairs carpet could be replaced.
