Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas

I checked in around 5 pm and my room wasn’t ready. She offered me another room on the 2nd floor without a view, which was fine. But the new room wasn’t really clean. The sheets were clean, but I found someone’s toenail clippings on the floor. The shower was discolored/stained. The people in the room next door came back late and woke me up. Not because they were loud, but because the walls were so thin that I could hear every word of their conversation. And when they finally went to sleep, his snoring kept me up for the rest of the night. I got almost zero sleep that night, then had to get up early and work a trade show the next day on no sleep.

We waited for 1 hour to check-in. It was terrible

I stayed for one night during memorial weekend. We have made reservation and came to front desk around 3:30pm to check in. The lady took my credit card, charged the hotel fee and deposit. She said that our room was not ready and she would contact me when it's ready. So, we waited at the packed lobby. Around 3:55pm, I saw people checked in and already got their room card. I have not been contacted. I asked another female staff on the floor, how could I check if my room was ready, she told me to get back to the line. I explained to her that I already did the pre-check in process earlier. She insisted that I went back inline. So, I went back in line (it was a very long line), and was helped with a male staff. He said that my room was not ready and he moved me to different room. We got our room card. As we were walking by the concierge table, a female staff with loud voice said, "Hey Guys..Hey guys!" We thought that she was addressing someone else, it turned out it was us. I never ever stayed in any Hilton Hotel and being addressed as "Hey guys". That's very rude and unprofessional. She was trying to sell out a package to see other Hilton properties. We declined cause we only had limited time in the city. At 11:30 pm, somebody was banging on our room's door. They identified themselves as security and told my husband who was in the room to open the door. As he opened the door, there were two female staffs and one security. They were asking who my husband was and if he was registered in this room. My husband gave them my full name and they said they were going to check and left. During check out, 9:30 am, my husband gave them our room key, room number and name of the reservation, they said that they still could not find my name in the system. I have the reservation email, my credit card was charged a month ago when I made the reservation, charged again on that day during check in for resort/hotel fee and the deposit. How could their system does not have my information with the room number. Besides the unpleasant experience, the room was clean, they provided enough towels for us. The kitchen has complete utensils. I am inviting anyone from the management level upon reading this review to contact me, so we can have further discussion on my experience during my stay in this property,

The location, the swimming pool and the apartment with the kitchen. It was convenient to have valet parking too.

Longue attente au checkin, Clim quasi inefficace, la femme de chambre qui vient nous demander de partir à 9h30 alors que le checkout est à 10h, et surtout un sol sale à notre arrivée et une cuisinière abîmée... tout cela n'est pas digne de la chaîne Hilton !
