Roomy suite. Good location right off of the busy strip. Uber & taxi service at the hotel door.

For our FIVE DAY stay, we received NO CLEANING. When I asked if we could have the toilet cleaned, I was told that we needed to submit a special request to housekeeping explaining WHY we needed this cleaning. The request would require approval by management, and would be fulfilled 24 hours after our request. Secondly, upon checking in we were hounded by a young woman with all kinds of FREE offerings for our agreement to hear a 90-minute sales pitch, finally noting that we needed to pay her $40 immediately in order to receive these benefits. Also, elevator service for our end of the towers was poor: of the 3 elevators, only 2 seemed to be working, and we always had to wait for at least 5 minutes.

Very spacious room with a very well-equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, fridge, microwave. Comfy beds. Location is good - very close to central, but not so noisy. It had a connection door to another suite, but it was too far away from the bedroom, so you don't hear anyone when sleeping. You can leave your luggage after check-out for a couple of hours, and nobody is forcing you to give tips.

Great hotel in the middle of the strip without the slot machines in the lobby. Great room size!

Good location

They overbooked and kept saying they were “inspecting rooms” for hours. I tried to get them to get me another hotel room elsewhere and they also spent hours “looking” so I ended up booking a last minute stay elsewhere
