Please note that packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. The 1st package, 5lbs and under, is free. Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in-house or checking in, 3-5 days prior to receipt for a surcharge. Any deliveries received after a guests stay, or the guest cannot be identified, will be returned to the sender after 90 days. The property cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods. For additional package rates or information, please contact the resort at 702-261-1000. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Children stay for free, but the total guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of room type. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancelation. Paid self-parking is available at the adjacent Boulevard South Lot. Valet parking is available upon prior reservation for a minimum of USD 25 per night. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

"CHOOSE NO OTHER PLACE on the strip"

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The price was fantastic, the 2 rooms we booked were clean and had everything we needed in them. I received messages a few times a day asking if I needed anything. The staff are all friendly, and the location was amazing. We had a suite room: huge tub, stocked kitchen, table to eat or work at, huge bed and 2 tvs, balcony , dishwasher , pull out couch , extra blankets in one of the 2 closets and my fav: "his and her" sinks. You could come here for a honeymoon.

"Boa experiência e próximo da strip"

Excelente localização. Acesso aos quartos é fácil e rápido. Não tem cassino no hotel. Estacionamento público pago bem em frente (por app. $18.99 a cada 23hrs. Permite entrar e sair pagando valor a mais). Apartamentos são mais antigos, mas nada que prejudique a experiencia. Quartos sem cheiro de cigarro. Cozinha compacta muito prática e eficiente (inclusive com café e filtro para uso na cafeteira).

No checkin ajustamos para ter serviço de quarto em um dos dias. No dia ajustado, reforçamos isso na recepcao e mesmo assim não foi realizado o serviço de quarto.

La excelente ubicación

La limpieza en las habitaciones estaba con un matrimonio amigo y las habitaciones en 5 noches la mitad de las veces teníamos que andar buscando las toallas no habían hecho las mismas, y lo que abonamos no era barato siendo un hotel muy confortable

Nos sentimos bien atendidos, no quisimos servicio de aseo a la habitación, pero si estuvieron muy atentos por medio de mensaje de texto por si necesitábamos algo para la habitación no lo hacían llegar de inmediato. El Chekin fue muy rápido. No usamos la piscina. Todo muy limpio y muy cordiales.
