Please note that packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. The 1st package, 5lbs and under, is free. Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in-house or checking in, 3-5 days prior to receipt for a surcharge. Any deliveries received after a guests stay, or the guest cannot be identified, will be returned to the sender after 90 days. The property cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods. For additional package rates or information, please contact the resort at 702-261-1000. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Children stay for free, but the total guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of room type. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancelation. Paid self-parking is available at the adjacent Boulevard South Lot. Valet parking is available upon prior reservation for a minimum of USD 25 per night. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

So disappointed in Hilton. I booked a 2 night stay that was fully paid for days before driving 6 hours to Las Vegas. Upon arrival (around 8pm on our check-in day), I was told the hotel was oversold and there were no rooms available. My room was fully reserved and paid for, and I’m a Hilton Gold member (formerly Diamond). Apparently every hotel in all of Las Vegas was fully booked for an event, and the closest available hotel was over 100 miles away! We were in town to see family and friends and ended up driving 6 hours back home because Hilton could not find us another place to stay, nor could we after 4 hours of trying. Ruined our Memorial Day weekend and did not get to see our family or friends, and had to drive 6 hours back home at 2 in the morning after such a long day. Insane that they would oversell the hotel, not honor an PAID FOR reservation, and leave us with no other option…even with my loyalty status.

I loved everything. The room was comfy and the staff was all super friendly. I enjoy having a balcony. The pool deck was lovely. I didn’t have time but the gym looked great. And so close to the action. I appreciate that there is NOT a casino in the lobby.

Paper thin walls by I still slept well.
