Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas

Beautiful jungle territory, very nice and cozy bungalows. Quite and peaceful atmosphere. Really far from Pattaya, but by taxi easy to get either to Pattaya for shopping or Sai Kaew Beach (Millitary Beach) with crystal water and white sand. The breakfast is tasty, many fruits, natural juice, various food. The balance of value and price is optimal.

My fiance and I just returned from a 5 night stay at Sea Sand Sun during which our friends got married onsite. It was a lovely and relaxing stay from check in through to check out! A few highlights included: Attentive and friendly staff - from the waitstaff to the gardeners and everyone between - the epitome of Thai Hospitality! Yummy daily breakfast buffet with excellent variety + reasonably priced and delicious food available for purchase the rest of the day. Amazing spa treatments - we went for multiple massages which were some of the best we've ever had! Thank you to Paew and Kung King for taking such good care of us. Stunning and well kept gardens and amazing pool and ocean views. The rooms were also lovely and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. We slept very well during our stay! We would definitely stay at Sea Sand Sun again and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

It was a pleasure to be a guest of this amazing hotel. From the absolutely excellent staff, through the beautiful villas to the stunning gardens and beach.

Everything is perfect, tasty food, perfect service, clean and comfy rooms, very nice atmosphere, and this jungle outside with beatiful flowers and impressive trees. Will be back!

Amazing place. If you are looking for privacy and a lot of greenery around, this is the place for you. A clean area with a huge variety of vegetation, cascading streams with fish, and squirrels running around the area. Own, clean, sandy beach, sun loungers, umbrellas, towels free of charge. The rooms are cozy, daily cleaning and change of all textiles. The room has bathrobes, towels, room slippers, beach slippers, umbrella, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, soap, body lotion. Tea, coffee, cream, sugar, drinking water are provided every day. There is a mini refrigerator. The staff is kind, always ready to help. For breakfast there is an amazing buffet, a huge assortment of dishes, drinks, fruits, the food is very tasty, the cuisine is varied, for any nationality. I dream of going there again.

The room was beautiful we had a garden spa villa with the most comfortable bed and pillows ever. The staff are very nice and helpful, even offering a breakfast carry out if we had early check out. Pool is fabulous and very well maintained and large. I would recommend this hotel for couples and families enjoy.

This is a amazing hide away, total relax resort on the beach. Very private with very warm personal hospitality. We especially enjoy the morning buffet on the beach and greeted by the super nice manager S lady. All staff are nice with smile. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights. We were 3 of us including our 13 year old daughter. We loved our stay at this resort as you hear birds in the morning and this is a tranquil oasis. It doesn’t seem that this resort is in Pattaya and it’s very peaceful. We booked the garden view room which is above the ground floor units with a spiral staircase. It was room 402 I think or 204 😊. This room is slightly small for 3 and we didn’t realise how small it was till we checked in. There was no room to walk around after the extra bed was placed. The room has all Feb amenities that you need. The extra bed provided was old and rickety and the mattress was not the most comfortable. The resort was almost vacant during our visit and the staff could have offered an upgrade for free or for a nominal charge but they didn’t. We didn’t ask either as we didn’t know till the next day we saw the number of guests at breakfast. This room has an indoor shower and we liked that as most other rooms have an outdoor shower and they do have small lizards all around and I am quite scared of reptiles 😊. I checked on reptiles before booking this resort and they mentioned that they don’t have a problem but a tropical oasis will have some life around I guess. The check in was smooth and Jeet, the manager helped us with the check in and he is helpful and friendly. The staff at this resort is excellent and we loved all of them. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and we appreciate that a lot about them. Breakfasts are wonderful here. The service is excellent. Do order their Thai tea. It’s delicious. The breakfast spread is not as extensive as many other hotels in Thailand but it’s adequate and we liked it. We always chose the tables with the ocean view but they have construction going on there and it was a bit of a spoiler for the view. We booked a spa for all 3 of us and our daughter went for the Thai massage and she loved it. We booked the oil massage and it was wonderful. The masseuse are experts and the massages were the highlight of our stay at this resort. We really enjoyed being in the swimming pool too and the water was warm and nice even during late evenings like 7pm. The pool is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunsets at this resort are special. The beach area is very clean and private which is another highlight of this resort. We went in September which was the monsoon season and it was bright each day of our stay. It rained at night or evenings briefly but the days were nice and bright with the ocean shining always. On one of the evenings we had a visitor on our window and it was a non venomous green snake and the windows were sealed so we only saw it on the window but it vanished when it saw us. I didn’t have trouble sleeping that night but my hubby was worried 😊 I think these snakes are on trees. We never saw a snake on our way to the beautiful restaurant or to the pool so I wouldn’t raise a scare about this. Our stay was a memorable one and we never stepped out of this resort for 3 days to anywhere as it was so nice and peaceful being at this resort. We ordered delicious Thai food through Grab and the hotel sends a buggy to the room for you to pick up your food so it’s convenient too. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay with excellent service. We would like to come back when we can. They organized thief staff motivational activities during off peak hours during our stay as it was off season but the service remained excellent. It was nice to see that they had programs to keep their staff motivated. That’s why the service is so nice! We were informed of these programs when we checked in but not before we arrived. The spa was available for only a day during our 3 day stay due to renovations. I’m assuming this would not be the case during peak season but you could check in advance of their renovation plans before booking. The pool table area with the ping pong table has no air conditioning and is not maintained well. They could renovate this part and add the air conditioning as it’s impossible to use it with no fans and air conditioning and it’s in the basement so no fresh air either. The gym is not great either. The hotel overall is old but has a warm and inviting ambience. The rooms could do with some renovation too.

We were on vacation in September 2025. We would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas for their hospitality and professionalism. Our vacation was a breeze. The reception, restaurant, and technical staff were all top-notch. Mr. Jeet took care of every request and responded promptly to all our inquiries. Our villa, 205, was super cozy and clean, with every detail carefully considered. We were particularly impressed by the outdoor shower, which was a great idea! A pool with warm water and no chlorine smell! The breakfasts at the Horizon restaurant are amazing. The most beautiful area on the entire coast. Convenient location, close to the night market, the fishing village, 7/11 ). We will definitely repeat our stay at this hotel next year.
