It's the best located place. Infront of ocean with beautiful yard. A wonderfully located place for privacy. beautiful villas and numerous plants around connection with nature with a private clean beach. And I will pay special attention to the Professional Staff! extra attentive and very fast! I think this is the most important side of choosing a place for me to choose this place again! Good Staff is more than 50% of the success of any hotel!!!

We spent our Honeymoon in Sea Sand Sun Hotel which was amazing as we took the Pool Villa Suite and the pool is really private no one can see you from outside. We also tried the Massage which was an amazing experience and team was super professional. All the staff were very friendly and nice especially the resturant team and one of the best were SUWANNEE who was welcoming us every morning with her nice smile.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The whole experience is truly wonderful – the sea, the endless sunshine, and the relaxing atmosphere make it a perfect place for a holiday. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are cozy and well equipped, and everything is kept in excellent condition. What makes the stay especially memorable is the staff. They are not only polite and professional, but also incredibly responsive and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care creates a warm and welcoming feeling that makes you feel at home. Another highlight is the spa: modern, peaceful, and offering a variety of treatments that leave you refreshed and renewed. Whether you want to relax by the sea, enjoy the spa, or simply recharge, this hotel offers the best of everything. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I would give this resort 10 stars. Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Very clean and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the lunch and dinner menus had plenty of choices. Excellent breakfast buffet by the beach. Service was impecable. Thanks for accommodating for our daughter’s food allergies. Thanks for providing us with a great experience.

We had a fantastic week at this resort . Exceptional staff ( Jeet the property Manager ) who went out of his way to look after us and made sure we were satisfied with our Villa. The food and beverages were excellent very fresh and served by Ton, Valentine, Mickey under the supervision of Sakda ( the food & beverage Manager ). The location of this property was amazing with a beach front and well maintained swimming pool. The tropical gardens and grounds were immaculately kept. The Spa was a perfect way to relax and again was very clean and well maintained. This resort exceeded my expectations and the family time spent was together amazing having a beach front dinner set up with fireworks to celebrate my nephews 40th birthday . Would visit again and certainly would advocate this resort to other travellers.

The hotel is in a great location—quiet, clean, and peaceful—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Several serious issues need immediate attention. The WiFi is extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to stay connected. The beach, while scenic, is unsafe in the evenings due to the presence of Box Jellyfish. This makes it unsuitable for families with children who want to enjoy the sea. The most alarming concern is the condition of the pool. The tiles are dangerously sharp in multiple places. My son actually cut his foot while swimming, which is completely unacceptable for any property claiming to offer family-friendly facilities. The spa area is also poorly maintained, with a rough surface that is unpleasant and even painful to walk on barefoot. Food was average and room service was adequate, but there was no in-room menu provided, which added unnecessary hassle to the experience. This hotel has potential due to its location, but right now it is not meeting basic standards of safety or guest comfort. Urgent action is needed to address these issues.

This is our 2nd time here. This is a truly amazing place. We were welcomed by Jeet and the staff who are very friendly. This time we had a beachfront villa for several days right on the beach. The villa has everything that you need and more, even your own mini pool with jets. The food was delicious we had breakfast and dinners. The evening singer is Cookie, she really has a wonderful voice. I have to mention the amazing grounds. It is like you are in a very well maintained jungle with ponds, giant trees and beautiful flowers everywhere. Last, but not least, the pool is fantastic with and infinity edge overlooking the beach. I enjoy the location, outside of the nightlife of Pattaya which you can see from the beach, so it very quiet and relaxing. We plan on visiting here many more times in the future. I almost forgot, we had a giant floating breakfast at our villa pool. Wow, what a great place.

Amazing location, Amazing staffs, Amazing food .. just Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas Pattaya! Our two-bedroom villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The peaceful surroundings and lush gardens added to the resort’s charm. One of the best parts of our stay was the beachside restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great mix of Thai and international dishes, all served with stunning ocean views. It made every meal feel special. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in Pattaya.
