Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE if you're coming to the vicinity of Pattaya!! The fabulous resort is 19-20km from down town Pattaya surrounded by jungle all around and steps to the beach and wonder pool! A 5 star resort with 5 star treatment. We were blown away with the room (we got a room w an attached private pool), and semi indoor outdoor shower (the absolute best part). Breakfast is varied and absolutely OUTSTANDING and FREE! You'd easily pay 30 USD a person in America! I can't say enough about the breakfast and restaurant! You read some complaining about the price - GIVE ME A BREAK IF YOU'RE an American, Canadian, Australian, NZ or European! The lunch/dinner restaurant prices are 50% cheaper than than the USA and 60% than Europe and FRESH! You can stay a month and not eat all the different food they serve! From eastern, Asian, western and even European - all yummy! A cab fair to town is only 130-180 baht depending on the time of day. That's 4-6 USD or 3.60-5.00 Euros! You want a top notch place that's extremely clean with well kept modern rooms and excellent getaway from the hustle and noise of Pattaya -Come here! If you need the party scene - take a cab and come back to heaven!!! I can't say enough! A BIG THANK YOU TO Tan - nicest man ever (restaurant server), Valentine - a young 21 yr old who goes the extra mile (restaurant server), Suwannee (breakfast host and wonderful lady ) and ESPECIALLY Jeet! If you need ANYTHING, he will make it happen and happen quickly. Ensure you hook up with him via WhatsApp and he'll take care of it immediately!! 5 million stars!!!!!!!

We are so thankful - the staff made our stay an unforgettable vacation. The Hotel itself is beautifully carved into the rainforest, right at the beach. You'll find enormous, hundred of year old trees around the premises. Over the years the Bungalows can have minor deficiencies. But if there is a technical problem, or of any kind, things get taken care of immediately. The beach- and pool-area is never too crowded. The breakfast truly pleases everybody - even thai-people. Overall everything was perfect and I really want to highlight the staff. The people working at the hotel at all levels are really what makes this trip the best hotel-experience I have had so far.

Tremendously relaxing staying with high performance in everything- beautiful territory, spacious and comfortable villas with a nice interior, friendly and caring staff, tasty food, fantastic spa and daily qualitative cleaning. Every detail has been thought out - drinking water, umbrella, beach and bathroom amenities etc. Many thanks for one of the best travel experiences!

The rest was wonderful. The hotel and the room have everything for a comfortable life. The staff is very friendly and smiling. I would especially like to mention the delicious refreshing drink that is served at the reception. Many thanks to Suwannee for her thoughtfulness and attention to the guests. Great small scale resort with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is great, with a wide selection of fresh cooked meals and delicious fruit. The villa was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and always there to help. The location is a quiet area, but worth the trip if you want to take a taxi/Grab to Pattaya (40min).

Tranquil , beautiful pool villas , beach location.

We stayed there for 7 nights in a Pool Villa. Very nice and spacious room with sliding door access to the private pool and an extra access via the lockable semi outdoor shower doors. The breakfast buffet has a selection of both Asian and western cuisine. The staff are absolutely respectful and kind. A big mention to Suwannee S. the PR & CS Manager who always had a smile on her face and a warm greeting. She always checked to make sure everything was ok with our stay and offered any help if we needed. The Horizon restaurant offers great service and food. The beach is clean but the water in the Gulf of Thailand is not as clear like you would find on the Thai islands or the Andaman sea. The infinity pool is sufficient for a swim but the beach is only a few metres away. The resort has beautiful and well maintained gardens. The access through the resort at night could be better lit along the walkways. There are many squirrels you can see during the day running along the trees or top of roofs and frogs in the evening. The walk to Bang Sare is easy if you walk along the beach to the road, then it’s about a 20 minute walk to the Bang Sare seafood markets and restaurants. Plenty to choose from. You will find 7-11, local traders and other stores to shop in. If you want to drive there, it’s about 10 minutes and you can book a car through Grab or Bolt and it will cost you under 80 baht one way. We used both but found Bolt was better than Grab. There is also Aquaverse by Colombia Pictures which is a water park and great for kids just up the road. We travelled to Jomtien beach which is about 30 minutes and 160 baht one way. It was easy to get a Bolt back to the resort considering its location. After visiting Pattaya central, I’m glad we chose Sea Sand Sun resort and villa for our stay. It’s a more refined area without the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. People say it was remote but we didn’t find that. We never had a problem catching a ride share to anywhere and therefore travelled to various locations. Overall, a great stay and great staff. Definitely recommend this for a quiet get away.

Our first trip to Thailand, and the best holidays ever! The hotel is very quiet, it caters for a small number of guests, only 4 kids in the whole resort! Soo much green areas, the beauty of trees is unforgettable! And the biggest privilege goes to the villas with the swimming pool - best decision we made! Must visit!❤️

Hotel is the Best, in the middle of beautiful nature. It is very clean. Villa with private pool is excellent place to stay. The online minus is the price of the SPA rituals. They are to expensive. People are really friendly and open. You can trully relax there.
