Staff brilliant hotel beautiful woodland retreat . If you like it quite this is the place to go .Just be weary its not the easiest place to get to but worth it .

Et smukt beliggende hotel, med dejlig natur, smuk udsigt og venligt personale. Utrolig stille og fredfyldt. Det kan være svært at finde spisning om aftenen i Vilaflor, men hotellet har restaurant.

Booked for a one night stay to experience the spa in the hotel and relax in beutiful peaceful surroundings. Was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. Look forward to staying there again.

Lovely hotel, half way up a mountain so if you want to go into a major town or to the beach it's a 35 min drive. Great views, spa ok, restaurant good, lounge, tv room and games room. Good for relaxing in the mountains. Lovely views, rooms large and comfortable, beds comfortable.

Although our first impression on arrival was that the hotel wasn't quite as modern as we'd imagined, by the end of our three days we were completely comfortable and sorry to be leaving. The location is great for trips up to Mount Teide and the national park, and the hotel itself is next to attractive woodland. It is a little out of the centre of Vilaflor and would involve quite an ascent if on foot. The best thing was the wonderful friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff we met. We also enjoyed using the free spa facilities, including the genuinely hot sauna. We ate in the restaurant every night and enjoyed the food. There was a nice breakfast buffet, although the option of muesli rather than just assorted flakes would have been welcome. We had one of the basic rooms, which was tucked a little out of the way, and there was the odd thing to criticise: in the doors to the balcony, for instance, I think the double glazing had failed and the bolt was a bit dodgy. Nevertheless, we were completely comfortable, and would gladly go back.

Wir waren Wandern auf Teneriffa. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt da zentral gelegen. Schön ruhig, ein echter Kontrast zu den Bettenburgen an der Küste.

Angehehmer Aufenthalt.Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück wird liebevoll angerichtet.der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber, einzig der pool ist etwas zu kalt

beautiful hotel, with lovely gardens, very comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful spa , beautiful pine trees, we will be going back again very soon.
