Bay Inn & Suites Troy

The room and hot tub was great, the owner, staff were friendly and polite , will stay at next time Im in town.

Bad

There was several broken down vehicles in the parking lot. A couch set in the front driveway. Big holes in the screens. Then in my room there was a bullet hole through bathroom wall with hole in bathroom door. It put me at unease. Would never stay there again.

The light over the bathroom sink didn’t work. Making things a bit difficult when doing hair and makeup

There were bed bugs on my bed, the area felt felt unsafe, the room smelt like cigarettes, we left immediately after checking room.

Room was clean enough, but hotel as a whole and room is badly kept up. Extremely limited breakfast.

The room was fine. The inside of the property was under construction and evidently had been that way for several years.

It was clean but the room was very dated and not everything worked. Amenities were minimal. Room was overpriced for what was offered.
