Bathroom/shower was cramped and inadequate

The shower in my room needed a proper cleaning. Mold showing on grout is unacceptable.

The person at the front desk was rude and had trouble multi-tasking. She had trouble handling more than one customer. Also, I reserved a room with two queen beds 3 months in advance and got a room with only one bed. Whenever I went back down to get this corrected she told me there weren’t any rooms with 2 queens. I was going to call the management but was in a hurry at the time.

In great condition. Everything was well maintained.

Booked accessible room but when arrived there were none available.

We had no hot water for showers. On the breakfast there were 2 rotten bananas and a small bowl of old mixed fruit salad. The waffle syrup was empty, the orange juice was nothing but water. It was terrible. The front desk clerk could only say. "sorry" we were busy. Many people were complaining. I have been here before and it was good. Don't know what happened? Maybe new management????

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The building was clean. The linens were nice. Now for the bad. The reason I rent a room is to sleep and clean up. The bed was terrible. WAY too hard to get a full nights sleep on. The sink water would not drain. The floor tiles were popping up in the bathroom area. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep shower water from going all over the floor. One side of the elevator was out of order, making a long wait. We ate the breakfast but I have had better hospital food. We were in a very pricey suite. This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn and if possible it will be my last.

It was good. The room was bigger than I thought.

Worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Pillows worse.

Nice and clean good manager she took care of us. Breakfast was good and well stocked.
