Durant Inn & Suites

The room was a suite as it should have been but I had booked a room with a jetted tub in it but I didn't find out that wasn't the case until I got to the room. When I asked the front desk they said that they didn't have that info on my reservation and there weren't any rooms available like that at that time. I called Expedia and still have not been told if I'll be charged for that rate or if it will be discounted. Bathroom floor needs re-grouted. Breakfast was "fair".

This property is sorely needing an upgrade. The carpet was wrinkled and old. The couch was badly stained. There was rust and dirt in corner of the shower. Needs to freshened up!

Non smoking hotel and good beds. Good coffee and free breakfast

Great place to stay!! We love staying here - everything and everyone is accommodating. They give roll out beds and that is why we only choose this particular hotel above the rest, thank you! The rooms are nice and breakfast is yummy!

Was extremely disappointed in Hampton. I had reserved a king suite and was put in a double queen room. What is the point in making a reservation, holding the room with a credit card just to not be given what you had reserved?

Stay was great. Had everything we needed.

Only 1 towel and 1 hand towel in room. No tissues. Mold in shower. No ink pen or note pad. No restaurant guide. No TV guide. No clock.

The room was very worn down, cracks in ceiling looked like water damage needs to be repaired. Bathroom looked worn out.
