Durant Inn & Suites

Everthing was good but the hotel should invest in good pillows. I still have a pain in my neck from those pillows.

It is about half way point for us when we go back home to San Antonio, Texas from Columbia, Missouri. Friend staff! Food is good! Prices are fair! Room for two teenage boys and mom! Always busy hotel!

We got to the hotel at 4:00 (check in is at 3:00). They told us our room would be ready in about an hour and they would call when it was ready. We left and pulled around the back of the hotel where several employees were outside smoking. No one ever called to tell us it was ready. He a/c didn’t keep the room cool. The woman that checked us out was rude. We won’t be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Clean and quiet. Close to stores and several restaurants. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Ample parking. Breakfast area was very clean and well organized. Lobby was clean and modern. The entire facility is well.maintained.

Our stay at the Hampton inn was great. The foodand rooms was great. The staff especially Heather was very professional and kind to us. We would recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.

This was the oldest Hampton Inn I have spent the night. It is definitely in need of a remodel. The room had an odor of smoke and animals. The shower had holes where water is leaking & mold buildup.

Very good breakfast selection. AC was a little noisy. Overall good hotel for the price.
