"Lackluster"

Booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and the Hampton staff bumped me from it. I immediately was moved to one, but the tub did not work. Told both the evening and morning reception staff. Neither offered to lower the charge to a room without the tub, despite it not working. Staff was very friendly, but I shouldn’t have had to pay the premium rate.

"Nice stay"

The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The employees were friendly and able to answer the questions I had. The breakfast had a variety of foods for different tastes. We will definitely stay here again.

"Great Place To Stay!"

Stayed here for the third year in row. Some friends and I flew here for the Reba McEntire concert. The concert was great! The Hampton is a great place to stay. Reasonable rates, great breakfast, the friendliest staff ever! They are so accommodating! This was Thanksgiving weekend. Made reservations early as they were sold out . You won’t go wrong staying here!! Will stay again for sure.

We liked that it was within walking distance to everything: Walmart, Chili’s, shopping, etc. We thought the king bed was old and uncomfortable for a Hampton.

Urine all over toilet, TV remote didnt work, shower tap broken and wouldnt stay in position, only luke warm water, never any hot, wasp in room, no glasses on bathroom counter. Only good thing, our room was comped for all the issues.

"Durant visitor"

slightly worn hotel with comfortable bed, room amenities including microwave and fridge. Could use better coffee in rooms and working ice machines on all floors. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying with decent choices. Easy access from 70 bypass. Friendly staff
