Employees were very friendly, clean room loved the stay

Shower drained poorly. Reserved a king bed but was put in a room with 2 double beds. Clerk verbalize they had no more rooms available. Staff was pleasant an apologized. Breakfast hot, an nice variety. Facility clean.

Was impressed with this hotel. We came to gamble at Choctaw. It was very close and they even had a shuttle but we decided to drive to the casino instead. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay there comfortable.

Very nice staff at check-in and check-out and I really like that there was shuttle service to and from the casino. Will definitely stay here again.

We were scheduled to stay here and upon arrival found out that they had water damage and had moved us to another hotel - 45 minutes away. A call earlier in the day would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly.

Ceiling had unfinished sheet rock repairs in the bathroom and over the bed. We stayed for two nights and they didn’t make up our room. When my wife asked about it they said the cleaning staff had left and there was nothing they could do about it. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk so I had to leave the key on the keyboard of the computer and my wife had a call from the road.

This hotel is close to the Choctaw Casino. It's not one of the nicer Hampton Inn's but the rooms are clean the staff are very friendly. They provide a shuttle to the casino if you don't want to drive.

This hotel charged my card after I already had a reservation with Expedia making it 2 charges on my account. Arriving after 10:00 p.m. my husband and I were told we got a free "upgrade" to a suite (room 302). We didn't turn many lights on as we were just ready fro a good nights sleep. It was the next morning that i noticed the extreme lack of maintenance and lack of cleanliness of your room. The tile had broken and missing grout throughout, DUST EVERYWHERE, fungus or mildew/mold growing in the shower, ripped carpet, and stained chairs just to name a few. If this was an "upgrade" I don't even was to think of what I paid $136.10 (though Expedia) for. I have stayed in many Hampton/Hilton hotels in the past and this is not what I expect for a Hampton/Hilton. Made me feel like I was at a construction crew type motel.

Very courteous and professional staff. Clean and comfortable room. Have stayed here before and highly recommend it. Quite surroundings and many fast food and restaurants nearby. Also convenience stores.
