The service was good, hotel needs to be updated my window leaked when raining. Room service was good when the decided to clean the rooms. Breakfast was good, the fitted sheets did not cover the whole mattress. Bed was comfortable the room was spaciois.

Located near small shopping area and fast foods restaurants. It was clean, staff was nice, and complimentary breakfast was good and clean. It's approximately 7-10mins from Chowtaw Casino. Highly recommend this location.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 families traveling together to Branson as Durant was about the halfway point. Check in was delightful with a courteous and professional young lady. Our rooms were very clean though the hotel seems a bit tired. Breakfast was ample with good staff. This is a nice place to stop over if you’re in this area.

Sheets didn't fit my bed, and staff refused to change them. They acted as if I was being unreasonable for wanting sheets on my bed. It took 4 interactions, both by phone and at the desk, to get sheets changed for my second night.

The first night of my stay, my sheets were too small for my bed. It appeared as if they'd put queen sized sheets on a king bed. They popped off the minute I got into bed. I called the front desk, and asked for different sheets to be put on my bed, but was told they didn't have anything that would fit better, as they had purchased new sheets, and they shrank after being washed. About thirty minutes after speaking to the desk clerk, someone else called my room and reiterated this story. So, I got to spend the night with basically no sheets on my bed, in a room I paid $140 per night for. The next morning I went to the front desk and again asked for different sheets to be put on my bed, and was told that they would speak to housekeeping. I went out with family, and when I returned that afternoon, low and behold, same old non fitting sheets where still on my bed, with the mattress having been partially restuffed back into them. I returned to the desk and asked for a fourth time to have sheets put on my bed that would fit. Finally,, about 15 minutes later, someone showed up worth sheets that fit. Up until this point, everyone acted as if I was being unreasonable for wanting sheets on my bed! And, it should be noted, that other members of my family who were staying there, with king sized beds, had sheets that fit. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Hilton property.

Everything was great but I had only cold water for my shower. Just a tad of Luke warm water but cold to the skin. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable either.

We have stayed at Hampton Hotels all across the states and have never been disappointed until arriving at this location. Our bathroom floor had urine on it and there were condoms left in the room from the previous people. I would not recommend staying here.
