Comfort Hotel

Hotel was in a great location near restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The room was a little dated, but more than adequate. Breakfast was typical for a Russian hotel, repetitive, but very good.

There aren't room services like tea or coffee,but there are good free coffee in lobby

This is my second stay with Comfort Hotel. This stay was just as wonderful as the first!! Did not disappoint!

We love It!! The staff was so accommodating and friendly, room was spacious and very clean and the location can’t be beat!! The airport transfer service was the way to go!! Lots of shops, restaurants and sights just step away. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Stayed for a week in one of their suites … very comfortable, clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Great location .. near all public transport stops. Good Value! Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel conveniently located in St Petersburg. The staff are fantastic starting with Roman the Receptionist who was extremely helpful with everything we asked of him.

We liked the hotel, especially its location, good service, good breakfast. Nevertheless, our room 202 was next to the reception, and it felt like we were in a cheap hostel, and not in a 3 star hotel. Because of the location of our room, it was noisy, we could hear the conversations and suitcases of incoming guests. The cover of our bed looked old and dirty, and we had to ask not to put it any more. The staff was helpful and professional.

The staff ate all very friendly!! The breakfast is very large! Our room (3 people) actually had a separate bedroom for the double bed.

A delightful boutique hotel in the centre of st petersberg. First class service. Roman the concierge is a credit. May be not 5 stars but just as good at a very reasonable price.
