Comfort Hotel

good location, but room and breakfast were not appropiate

As a family of 4 adults we got 2 side by side rooms- which was very convenient. The room with the king bed had a brand new, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, good air conditioning & was very clean. The twin bed business room- next door had terrible carpeting, a non working air conditioner, a fine bathroom but the water in the shower did not drain well. We paid the same price for both rooms. The adults in the crummy room did not want to change rooms - so the hotel may have fixed the issue. But one room was an A & the other a C- & the hotel had to know that.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location near the hermitage and Nevsky, clean BUT the room was very small and very noisy when the window was open. When closed, it's quiet but I like to sleep with an open window and couldn't

Hotel was well fitted out with all amenities. Vodka and caviar breakfast for breakfast New Year's Day was awesome!

walkable distance to most of the sight seeing places, friendly staff able to speak english fluently and helpful

I had a very good stay at the Comfort Hotel in St. Petersburg Aug 9/10. Room was very large and clean with a modern bathroom that included a 2 person jaccuzzi tub. Elena at the front desk was very helpful in giving directions and recommendations. She spoke perfect English and could not have been nicer.

Friendly, competent, and helpful staff. Good breakfasts and comfortable beds. Some street noise in some of the the rooms, but not enough to keep one awake. An excellent bargain. I hope to stay there again.

The hotel is overpriced in comparison with what you get. Poor breakfast served on plastic cutlery, the 3rd bed had to be change because it's the cheapest folding bed from IKEA and was broken by arrival, smelly bed cloths. I would not recommend or even stay again at this hotel.
