We loved the hotel - best value I've seen.

Nice location for tourists. It was a nice 3 star hotel. I didn't talk to or ask for help from the staff much, but they seemed nice. Breakfast smelt good.

I was extremely pleased with the service, comfort, amenities, and location of this hotel during a recent visit to St. Petersburg. The staff I interacted with were all very helpful and friendly, and we had no trouble communicating in English. The breakfast is a bit sparse, but it's a nice thing to have and more than did the trick. The room was nice and quiet, and the wifi worked extremely well. The prime central location meant that I was never more than a 5-15 minute walk from the places I wanted to visit, allowing me to always get around on foot, even coming back from Mariinsky. There are also lots of great restaurants in many price ranges within 5 minutes, which added to my enjoyment. I'd read about how some hotels in larger buildings like this can be hard to find, but here everything was very well marked, so I never had an ounce of trouble.

Very good location, near to the Nevsky street, one of the main streets in St Pettesburg. Very clean. Staff is really kind. If I visit this city again, for sure I will select this hotel again. Thank you!

It is convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included and good enough to get energy to start the city tour. There is a small food store across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus 3 stop for the train station.

The hotel was close to the city center and also to the very famuos street Nevsky. However, that was all. The breakfast was Ok but it can be better.

Our stay was great. This was my first time in a hotel like this. In the same building you have two hotels sharing the property. Front desk and breakfast room are in one floor and the rooms in another floor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not the best but a well provided buffet with some variety of fruit, cereal, croisants, eggs and sausages. The room for breakfast is a little tight and some times you would have to wait for a few minutes to get a table. Rooms are spacious and clean, as well as bathrooms. Air conditioner in all rooms. Location is great. A few blocks from Nevsky Prospect and close to metros and main city attractions and restaurants.

Centrally located 10 min walk to hermitage, cathedral and Navesky prospect at. 15 minutes walk to church of spilled blood. 5 minutes walk from metro line. Good English speaking reception. Breakfast ok, not muck variety. Good for the price

Overall, an excellent experience. Great location about one block to the Metro (there is some construction at the end of block which added a bit more walking but still not an issue at all). Hotel is in same block as a 5 story mall. The mall has everything a typical American mall would have plus some very nice restaurants on the 3rd and 4th floors. It also has a VERY nice grocery store at the end of the mall (a lot of gourmet stuff in it too). Overall, I would definitely stay there again.
