Comfort Hotel

Very good value, clean, helpful and friendly staff.

Nice hotel with perfect location. All sights are located in 5-10 minutes from hotel. We had good breakfasts every morning, room was cleaned up every day. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

fantastic location

The hotel has an excellent location near all the sites, you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is very poor. The hotel doesn't have a lobby, it's on the second and third floor of a renovated building. The guy at the front desk spoke English and provided information when we asked for it.

Simple, clean, and nice. Helpful staff. Breakfast is very limiting. Great location that's close to the Hermitage and St Isaac's.

I spent 2 nights at the comfort hotel: the staff was really friendly and helpful (which was great given my non existing Russian!), the hotel is 5mins walk to the Hermitage and St Isaacs, 3mins to the nearest metro station. Excellent value for money!

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is a block away from St. Isaac's Cathedral and three blocks away from the Hermitage. Our rooms were clean, and the breakfast was outstanding! My only complaint was that the air-conditioning in my room was on the fritz when we were there. However, my mother's room didn't have any problems and was cold and lovely. I would stay at this hotel again. There was always someone on staff who spoke English, which was very helpful!

This is a really great hotel. It is small and tucked away, but it is in an excellent location. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the Hermitage, Nevsky Prospekt, and about a twenty minute walk from the Mariinksy theater. The rooms are big with lots of windows, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had a great time and food was good. Attentive staff, helpful in terms of recommending things to do places to see. Will stay again

Easy check in with English speaking staff. Room was comfortable but small. Elevator nice size and easy access from room. Breakfast had eggs, meat, cheese, cereal, fruit, bread with coffee and juice. Had trouble adjusting water temperature in shower but plenty of hot water. No wash cloths and needed a reading light/desk or chair. Within 3 blocks of Hermitage museum and many attractions less than 30 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery store across the street and 24 hour ATM inside building across street too. Overall comfortable and would repeat.
