We have stayed here several times for business. The property is adequate for the price and location. However, a colleague developed a rash during his stay, which led us to cancel our remaining bookings. We did not receive any response, follow-up, or refund from the hotel, which was disappointing. We would not choose this property again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The hotel is absolutely vile. Not clean, old, rusty. Putrid smell coming from the carpets all the way through the hotel. They have incense burning, which fills the hotel with smoke. It’s probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. We had to rebook another hotel for the second night as it was so bad and leave early hours of morning as we couldn’t sleep. Staff are VERY RUDE. And not helpful what so ever. Avoid the place at all cost. It seemed convenient and pleasant from the outside, as it was near my friends who we were visiting. But inside is whole other story. Its stuff of nightmares and looks and smells like something out of a horror movie. The Turkish restaurant is attached to the hotel which I have eaten before. And was nice. But now I will never eat there again either as the hotel establishment has put me off completely as the uncleanliness and standard of hotel rooms is a great concern to people’s health and safety. The place needs shutting down.
