"Wouldn't stay here again!"

Location, near golf courses. Local towns very pleasant amenities.

Dingy, dated rooms. Awful tea/coffee, milk was off & lumpy. Tiny portable tv. Smell from outside drains. Grounds at side entrance more like a building site. No night staff.

"Clean, quiet, friendly."

Staff were friendly. Room was clean, and everything was easy.

The bath was damaged and the bed was a bit worn so could feel the springs.

"Cheap and tired looking. Needs upgrade but did a job for a quick nights sleep."

Location was good. It was quiet and a spacious room. Shower was fine once you get the right temperature

It is, what it is. Its basic but its cheap. Manage expectations when booking lower priced accommodation. It needs a massive upgrade but then that will push the price up. Its tired, so as long as you expect a tired looking property, then you will be OK. We only needed it as a base for a local wedding for one night, so certainly wouldnt stay any longer than the one night
