"Nice hotel that takes unauthorised payments ???"

Its a nice hotel, good breakfast, nice staff but they keep taking payments for my stay multiple times more than one week after we checked out!!!! Please keep an eye on your bank accounts everybody became Holiday Inn Rugby junction 18 like taking your money over and over with no authority!! Still trying to get a refund 2 weeks later!!!! Beware!!!

"Great Place to Stay"

This was an emergency booking owing to traffic issues, heat and my dog not being very well. Staff were amazing and the menu is brilliant, definitely recommend the Seabass.

Great location, staff are really friendly and accomodating. Bernadette was a star! Room spacious but air conditioning not working so way to hot. Fan supplied but noisy and ineffectual.

"Lovely hotel set in own grounds"

Very nice experience staying at Holiday Inn Crick. Staff very helpful, facilities good, quiet location, nice grounds, excellent breakfast, decent spa and pool. Will return for sure 😊

After a very positive experience at another Holiday Inn, we were disappointed here - staff seem pre-occupied (Wrong drink served, told pie of day had meat - it didn't, wrong dessert (Breakfast staff and food very good by contrast), no info on hotel facilities at curt reception. Restaurant not opened - "eat in bar". NO GLUTEN FREE Desserts on offer. On other hand excellent pool, comfortable clean room

Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range to suit lots of different dietary needs. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Craig the night manager. Would stay again.
