No response to complaints of noise left property at five am having given up on attempting sleep due to shouting down corridors outside room . Staff sullen . Pillows like rocks

The hotel room air con was hardly working if at all, the bathroom had rusty screws holding the soap tray in the shower, the bathroom door was in dire need of repair as was the front cabinet doors where the premier room fridge and kettle were housed

and helpful and will do everything to serve you. The amenities i.e the pool, gym, etc are just a great extra, more than other gotels offer. They even have a children's area with toys and more. The breakfast is so good for value and a good selection to choose from.

Convenient hotel for a 1 night stopover. Swimming was nice and spa and clean hotel. Rooms are smallish but good overall.

Check in was very slow. Receptionist said I hadn’t paid or booked the two rooms yet I had email and credit card confirmation. Eventually it was resolved but it seemed there were issues with lack of understanding of their check in system. No security when we arrived back at 12pm and the reception area was unmanned and we were able to work to our rooms unchallenged.
