"My IHG Experience"

I recently stayed at an IHG hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the high standard of customer service throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. While the overall stay was pleasant, I was disappointed with the breakfast. I ordered room service, but the food arrived cold, the bacon was very dry, and the toast was burnt. Additionally, I had ordered two separate breakfasts, but the orders were mixed up, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet my expectations.

Great location for us and it was an easy drive to Brands Hatch

Rooms did not feel like they had been cleaned properly Place felt slightly rundown We were disappointed with our stay

Staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel is tired and the signage for guests with disabilities is poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have mobility issues. The disabled spaces in the car park are quite far from the entrance which is fine if you have a wheelchair but too far away if you don't have one
