Holiday Inn Rochester-Chatham by IHG

Comfortable clean room. Just had an issue with key card and room was furthest wing from reception.

I appreciate you need to make a profit but not including breakfast as part of the deal. Paying £15 plus for a bit of toast or cereal if that's all you want for breakfast is a bit much. So you then missed out as went to the local supermarket.

Rooms clean and well with amenities. Close to Reception and Fitness Centre, Restaurant and reception. Breakfast was great, well served and adequate. We had evening dinner which was also good. They ran out of some items but let us order from the main Menu. Bed comfortable and bathroom was very clean and good.

Some steps, not suitable for Mobility issues.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff who were so kind and helpful during my stay. My car broke down and we waited eight hours for the RAC; the hotel staff were very understanding and allowed us to use the lounge. When we realised we wouldn’t be able to continue our journey, we decided to stay the night and booked one night’s accommodation. The room was excellent. Thank you for your kindness. 10 out of 10
