"It was manageable the food was alright"

The property is lovely I’ve been here a few times with my sons and normally it’s a great experience.

I just felt like me and my son was dumped in a cold room in the middle of nowhere it was freeezing cold the tv don’t work it was meant to be a weekend for my sons birthday to make him feel special and I just think we could’ve been dealt with much better no dressing gowns in the room nothing to make us feel comfortable like they normally do I just didn’t feel comfortable .

"A very bad experience!"

I turned up to check in about 1330 and was told I couldn't till 1530, without giving me the option to pay for my reservation. I turned up to check in later on, only for you to tell me there was no room for me, even though the room was there when I initially turned up earlier in the day! Your staff need to do more training and give the customers a good service!

"Arrived and they had cancelled my reservation for some reason so I had nowhere to stay!!"

V bad systems/communication etc!! I arrived and my reservation had somehow been cancelled and not by me!! So it was Saturday night, they were fully booked and I had nowhere to go and they didn’t offer me any solution, I definitely won’t be returning!
