Great customer service by Rajveer . Set us up with a great double bed room. Facility very cleaned. Breakfast 🥞 was great family enjoyed the stay. Recommended close to anything stores and restaurants. .

I have to drive by here to get to homegoods and Marshall’s, the crackheads argue out front. Wouldn’t want people to get scammed thinking this is a legit hotel to stay at.

This room was booked as a replacement for a cancelled Airbnb rental. Supposedly the hotel was aware of the situation and was prepared to be extra hospitable to three guests. No extra hospitality at all, the room was set up for two people, there were no shower curtains, or supplies to use the kitchenette. I was surprised that the free breakfast used styrofoam plates and cups. Our friend is allergic to Styrofoam and they couldn't even supply her with paper or anything from the hotel restaurant/bar. Very disappointed overall.

Overall good experience. Friendly front desk staff. clean rooms. Breakfast with a nice presentation. The pool area for the kids was most helpful. I Will definitely come back.

I had to make a last minute reservation to stay here for one night through Airbnb. I was assured that I and my two friends would be especially taken care of due to this stressful situation. When we arrived the front desk staff complained to us and the two other parties waiting to check in that they had been working for "3 whole hours" and we're going to step away to take a break despite there being no other employee to check us in. After finally being checked in, the room was not set up for 3 guests, only 2 (or pillows, blankets, towels, cups). There was also no shower curtain. And while there was an oven and microwave, there were no plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc needed to cook food. On the morning at the Continental breakfast, there was only styrofoam cups and plates. Not only is this terrible for the environment, I happen to be allergic to it. When I asked for paper or porcelain, I was told they had none. The "staff" working the breakfast also spoke next to no English and just shrugged when I asked any question. Lastly, none of the food on any menu includes the allergens. And the entire building smells like stale cigarettes.

This place should not be open for business! There were drunk people outside all night screaming and using foul language right by my window — I felt completely unsafe, especially with my young children. The windows open all the way, which is dangerous. In the morning, there was dog poop right outside in the whole ways that we stepped on. The entire place smells like mold and smoke, and it’s very dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was also filthy and clearly not cleaned. Overall, this property is unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable. State or city should inspect it

Entire room had a musty smell and so many horribly patched up holes and cracks. Dusty. Halls smelled like smoke even though supposed to be non smoking.

There is no elevator to connect buildings. We had to carry our luggage up and down 2 staircases. The parking lot was scary and the decor was chipped and broken.

The room was dirty, my sister's room smelled like someone had urinated in the A/C unit that blew it all over the room (she had to be moved to a new room it was so bad). My room had a cockroach and blood (an alarming amount of it, it did not look like a small cut worth) on the box spring. We told the staff and they were polite, but no response other than kind words.
