Valley Ford Hotel

Very nice rehabbed hotel room but expensive for the amenities provided. No TV, no breakfast but good coffee maker

We get there and not one person around, the place was closed, and did not receive any notice that the place was closed, walked in the back and saw the resteraunt that didnt seem to have been open since covid began. not one car in the parking lot, had to get a room at another hotel and quite a bit more for the short notice. they should reinburse me for the extra money i had to pay. VERY Disappointed

Website is deceiving. Rooms are very old, bed uncomfortable, traffic noise from highway one, no television in rooms.

This was a quaint historic hotel, with many conveniences nearby (like a small market across the street and a great bar/restaurant a short drive away!). It was very clean and spacious. Nice room!

Historic inn, nicely renovated, with six guest rooms above a restaurant. Friendly accommodating staff. Would stay again.

Adorable little historical hotel with lots of character. Is on a busy street, but traffic was not bad enough during the night to keep us up (we stayed on a Tuesday). Would stay again!

We love staying at this cozy hotel. The owners are so kind and personable. We love the views of the rolling hills, hearing the cows in the morning and having delicious food so close by! Not only is there a restaurant right below but a few others within hollering distance. So close to our favorite beaches, oyster spots and hiking trails. Can’t say enough good things!

Never seen the owners, never could get a answer by phone from anyone. Its historical for sure. Our room smelled like something dead and decaying...maybe a mouse but not sure. The smell made it difficult to sleep , cars across the street keep doing burnouts for a good 30 minutes around 11pm. Once again could not get in touch with the owners. If i had it my way the owners should have payed us to stay! $203 lesson learned for one unpleasant night. Never again.

We absolutely adored our stay at Valley Ford Hotel. Located in the heart of Tomales Bay Area the hotel offered quick access to a handful of amazing restaurants, creameries and wineries. Would absolutely come back and stay again!
