We had a wonderful winter break at Quechee Inn. Our room was comfortable and delightful, the lobby was such an inviting place to sit, in front of the fireplace. Breakfasts and dinner were real treats. And it was so good to get the best dinner in the area without going out! The location is great, just a few miles from Woodstock, worth going to walk around and browse. But mostly we were looking for relaxation, and this was just the right place. Thanks to the staff, who were helpful in every way.

The Quechee Inn has become a favorite destination for short weekend stays. We especially enjoy the room location and size (#24), the fireplace in the main room, the bar in the same area and breakfast which is included. The restaurant is excellent and we generally have at least one dinner there during our stay. The location of the Inn is convenient to downtown Woodstock and local ski areas, including the Quechee Club ski hill. Excellent Vermont Inn!

We wanted to spend a long weekend in Woodstock, and decided to stay here. It was the best decision! The inn itself is super cozy and cute, just 15 from Woodstock itself. The lobby had a fireplace, where you could spend a nice evening with a book (or a drink from a bar that is right there). The food in the restaurant is great, especially the hot breakfast! Scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes with home made maple syrup, fruits and yogurt, coffee and juice. Was more than enough to keep us full for the day of walking and skiing. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed super comfortable and soft. All the staff members were very caring and helpful, with an informal approach to each guest. Thank you to all the staff of the inn! Will definitely come back again.

Any of the few problem we faced was immediately addressed. The staff is always friendly but you don't get the feeling of people looking over your shoulder. They make it known that they are there if they are needed.

Enjoyed the holiday experience. Great staff. Breakfast included Very old New England feel - even had light snow got Christmas.

Beautiful rustic inn with modern amenities. Restaurant for complimentary breakfast and dinner. Very nice bar and fireplace.

We went for dinner and stayed for an impromptu overnight! Great dinner, lovely Champagne by the fireplace, super welcoming staff, and comfortable accommodation! They will even provide a toothpaste and toothbrush!!

The Inn is so quaint in such a beautiful setting, a true Vermont experience and the staff from the front desk to the dining room is always a pleasure to interact with and always makes one feel like an old friend. The meals from the complimentary breakfast to dinner are tasty and presentation is superb. Sitting by the fire is just the ticket to a relaxing afternoon or evening

This is my fifth stay in less than three years. The Inn and the area just keep drawing me back. Comfortable, historic room, friendly staff, great restaurant and tavern just down the hall, quiet, scenic surroundings... what's not to love?
