Residence Inn Bryan College Station

No hot water….

The hallways were very hot. Our room thermostat would not go lower than 73 degrees. So we were a little warmer than we wanted. Elevator was very slow and only one was working. They only have an indoor pool. The room was nice and clean.

Great stay! Special thanks to housekeeping, Emily, and Carolyn for all you did to make our Easter visit perfect! Room was exceptionally clean. Very quiet. We appreciate you accommodating our geriatric dogs. Breakfast was fantastic. This is our favorite place to stay in College Station! We will be back!

We chose this hotel because it was near our activities for the weekend. The property was clean and the staff was friendly.

The indoor swimming pool is the main reason we stayed there. It was a bit chilly, but certainly better than no pool at all.

I was on a business trip and decided to bring my family for the ride. Finally after a long day of work and my family being out on the town, we pull up the pull-out mattress and noticed it had a dried blood stain. GROSS!!! We called the front desk and although she was apologetic she stated they were at full capacity and offered to bring more sheets to cover up the stain. While that was nice of her, my husband nor I could sleep on that mattress knowing there was dried blood on the mattress. Also, the hot water was not very consistent in the shower. The sofa was also covered in dog hair which was gross. To state they clean the rooms very well especially with COVID is not believable!!!!

This room was great. The kids da slept in on room and I had a room to myself. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms for 4 little girls and myself. My one concern was there was hair scattered throughout. They need to be more vigilant about vacuuming.

This is my fourth time staying there! The kids San in the pool and played basketball. Their customer service is always great. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Always a great stay at Residence Inn. We will always book this hotel when the prices are reasonable. We unfortunately were watching our daughter's dog, so had to stay in a "pet room". There was dog hair on the couch from a different dog, but that's to be expected.

Hotel is comfortable for a large family. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for a family of 6. Nice breakfast. Cleanliness of room was subpar. Bathroom was dirty and don't get me started on the stains on the duvet etc. They obviously had not been washed in awhile. Staff was apologetic, but nothing was done. Smoke alarms made crackling noises in each room which was annoying when trying to sleep. Needs a good maintenance and cleaning overhaul.
