Excellent customer service friendly and made us feel very welcome spotlessly clean

couldn’t fault it

the rooms were lovely however our room had a broken lock so everytime we wanted access to the room we had to go to reception to get someone too let us in. ordered room service but never arrived and still got billed for it in the morning. was promised a discount for the inconvenience of the lock being broken wasn’t a problem was only a stop gave between mountain hikes. so was only sleeping so locked the door but having to go downstairs after an hour of waiting for room service then having them have to come up anyway to let us back in the room

Very friendly staff and clean hotel

location stayed there before several times

can’t get front desk to answer room call have to go down to ask them ,,, for maintenance in our case

convenient location

having to go downstairs to get a response from reception cost,,, I booked with no cancellation option which should be best price I’m guarantee to turn up BUT had I booked on the day before I stayed I would have got a cheaper price I think an upgrade should be offered room or include breakfast to compensate in such instances
